Your role:
As a Data Analyst/Data Scientist, you will be the central point of contact for data-based questions. You will analyze purchase and sales data, develop forecasts, and create transparency for management, purchasing, and sales – directly influencing strategy and operational decisions. This position is exclusively on-site (no remote work).
Your tasks
* Analysis of purchase, customer, price and sales data
* Development and responsibility for KPIs, dashboards and management reports
* Preparation of sales, demand and inventory forecasts
* Derivation of concrete recommendations for action for purchasing, sales and management.
* Further development of data architecture and data quality
* Advising specialist departments on data-driven issues
* Introduction and application of advanced analytics & machine learning (use case driven)
Your profile
* Professional experience in the field of Data Analytics / Data Science
* Excellent knowledge of SQL and statistical methods
* Solid experience with BI & visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
* Experience in handling large, operational enterprise data
* Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex analyses in an understandable way.
* Independent, structured work style with high quality standards
* German language skills at native speaker level (at least C1)– mandatory
* Willingness and/or ability to work permanently on-site (no remote work)
