Job Description
* Analyse problems and provide solutions that ensure the smooth operation of customer solutions.
* Become the central point of contact for tickets, prioritizing tasks efficiently and facilitating seamless communication between users, internal consultants, and developers.
* Assist with the launch of new customer projects, ensuring a stable transition into ongoing operations.
* Create and maintain support documentation as well as Knowledge Base articles to share collected knowledge effectively.
