Vishay Siliconix GmbH is looking for a Manager Controlling (m/f/d).
Location : Itzehoe – on site with possibility to work hybrid (for Example : 3 days on site, 2 days home office )
The site in Itzehoe is a development and production site for Power MOS transistors with around 550 employees. It is expanding its production capacities with the construction of a new, fully automated semiconductor chip factory which will be ready for production from 2026. As a result, we will be creating some 150 additional jobs.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage a Team of 4 controllers.
* Develop the controlling department, including the further implementation of product costing.
* Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and US-GAAP and the monthly reporting system
* Preparation of evaluations and ad-hoc analyses for plant and division management (e.g. dashboards, key figure reports, sales evaluations, financial key figures, energy key figures)
* Responsibility for reporting during the year to the U.S. parent company
* Responsibility for budget planning, budget control and variance analyses
* Responsibility for ongoing project and investment controlling.
* Central contact for the Shared Service Center Finance and the Division
Your Profile
* University degree in finance / business administration
* Several year professional experience in the controlling of a production/industrial company or in mechanical and plant engineering
* Previous Team Management Experience desired
* Good knowledge of SAP R3 CO or FI/MM
* Solid accounting knowledge according to HGB. Knowledge of the US-GAAP Standards would be a plus.
* Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
* MS Office skills, very good user skills MS Excel required.
