As an Event & Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d), you will not only organise unforgettable events, but also contribute creative marketing ideas to raise the visibility of our offerings and inspire guests. From conception and communication to on-site implementation, you will ensure that every event runs smoothly and our brand remains vibrant.

Job Description
How does your working day look like …
* You are an ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand
* You develop and implement marketing measures to promote events, new offers and hotel promotions – both online and offline
* You build successful relationships with our customers in order to sell each event optimally and make it unforgettable for the customer
* You are the central contact person for all event and group enquiries – from the initial idea and contract to implementation and on-site support
* You will plan, coordinate and supervise internal and external events – including location, technology and catering – and act as the point of contact for communication with the F&B and operations team
* You will work closely with cooperation partners, agencies, media and influencers – from the initial enquiry to implementation
* You will assist with PR activities, advertising materials, photo shoots and blogger events, including within the 25hours hotels
* You will coordinate your daily schedule independently and keep to agreements even when your diary and email inbox are full
* You keep track of everything, even when all rooms in the building are fully booked and the phone lines are ringing off the hook
* You maintain our social media channels, develop content ideas and implement smaller campaigns independently
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
* You may already have some experience in a similar position in the events or marketing sector, ideally in the hotel, catering or lifestyle industry, and speak good English.
* You are creative, a strong communicator and can keep a cool head even in hectic times.
* You work independently, are reliable and always think one step ahead
* You have a good sense of trends, storytelling and our target audience
* You are a team player, think in a solution-oriented manner and are also willing to lend a hand
* You are a doer – and openly admit when you make a mistake
* You bring not only your skills to the table, but also your character
