We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Service Coordinator / Technical Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth scheduling and documentation of service activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting our field service technicians.
Communicate regularly with Channel Partners and Area Sales Managers regarding service activities in their territories.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely submission of service documentation (invoices, reports, etc.).
Service Documentation / Administration
Generate, maintain, and close service tickets accurately.

Ensure all service documentation is stored in a centralized, accessible location on the server.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the service team and business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MTMS.
