Independent management of technically challenging projects from planning through to successful implementation and follow-up
Ensuring safety, quality, deadlines, and cost control throughout all project phases
Ongoing monitoring of project progress and active participation in process and workflow optimization

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or certification as a technician/master craftsman
Ideally, experience in project management
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and project management tools)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Project-related travel to various locations (approx. Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented, technical mindset
