High Yield Credit Analyst / PM (m/f/d), Frankfurt We’ll trust you to: Conduct in-depth research and fundamental credit analysis across Corporate High Yield opportunities. Actively contribute to idea generation and the development of high-conviction investment theses. Support the day-to-day management and monitoring of fixed income portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment guidelines and risk parameters. Engage directly with management teams, brokers and market participants to build differentiated insights. Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, participate in investor meetings, one-on-one discussions and industry events. Contribute proactively to portfolio reviews, investment committee materials and internal strategy discussions. Identify market dislocations and relative value opportunities across capital structures. Continuously enhance analytical processes and research efficiency, including the thoughtful use of modern analytical tools and AI-based solutions. Take ownership of specific research areas and drive them independently. Support the team on ad-hoc projects and client-specific requests. You’ll need to have Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in High Yield, Leveraged Loans and/or Distressed Credit (buy-side or sell-side). Demonstrate strong fundamental credit skills, including capital structure analysis and relative value assessment. Be intellectually curious, commercially minded and performance-driven. Show a proactive, offensive mindset and the willingness to take calculated risk in idea generation. Be comfortable operating in dynamic and uncertain market environments. Have strong presentation skills and confidence in client interaction (presentations, bilateral meetings, events). Demonstrate independence of thought, accountability and an entrepreneurial attitude. Show high energy, work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality research under time pressure. Have experience or clear openness toward leveraging AI and modern analytical tools to enhance research productivity and insight generation. Be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg. Programming skills (e.g. VBA, Python, R) are beneficial but not a primary focus. Hold a PHD and/or CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
