This Position reports to: HSE Manager Key responsibilities Bring your expertise to the planning, management, and implementation of demanding construction projects. In an interdisciplinary environment, you will coordinate sustainable construction projects and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. With your focus on quality and safety, you will ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The work model for the role is: hybrid (LI-Hybrid) You will be mainly accountable for: Preparation of construction and execution plans as well as expert opinions in interdisciplinary collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities, and internal teams. Management of scheduling and cost planning for construction projects, taking economic and sustainability aspects into account. Coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies, suppliers, and authorities. Inspection and selection of building materials and construction technologies with a focus on sustainability and increased efficiency. Monitoring of construction execution and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and occupational safety standards. Conducting risk analyses and developing preventive measures to ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
