IT Process Excellence Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Process Mining & Data Analysis:
1. Leverage process mining tools such as Celonis to generate data‑driven insights
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views to monitor process performance
3. Write and adapt queries (e.g., PQL) to extract and analyze process data
Process Analysis & Optimization:
4. Analyze and evaluate end-to-end business processes (as-is) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
5. Design and model optimized target processes (to-be) using BPMN (e.g. BIC Cloud or similar tools)
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of optimization measures
Technical Implementation & Solution Design:
7. Translate business requirements into analytical and technical solutions
8. Develop and maintain scalable data models and process mining setups
9. Monitor and maintain data pipelines and jobs within Celonis, including analyzing errors, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions
10. Ensure data quality, system stability, and reliable availability of process data and dashboards
Other responsibilities:
11. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to validate findings and co-create solutions
12. Present insights, recommendations, and results to different audiences
13. Act as a bridge between business and IT technical teams
Your profile
14. Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
15. Profound experience in process management, digital transformation, or application implementation
16. Familiarity with automation technologies, system integrations, and digital workflows
17. Minimum 5 years of experience in:
18. Process mining tools, ideally Celonis
19. Process modeling standards such as BPMN and APQC
20. Business analysis and continuous improvement
21. Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is a strong advantage
22. Solid functional understanding of SAP, with hands‑on exposure to at least one SAP module (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Order‑to‑Cash), enabling effective analysis of system‑driven business processes

25. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
26. Ability to manage expectations and conflicting views
27. Very good written and spoken English skills for collaborating in international teams
