The Role
Job description:
We are looking for a creative, hands-on and well-organized personality as a video and web content manager. You will be responsible for our visual communications – across videos, the website and marketing materials.
Your mission: Make the real value of our AI-based security solutions visible through compelling videos, strong visual storytelling, and a user-friendly website.
You will be responsible for the entire content creation process – from the idea to the final implementation – and thus shape the perception of customers, partners and interested parties.
You will work closely with the teams from the Product, Sales and Customer Success departments and develop content based on real use cases and customer benefits.
Your tasks:
* Planning and execution of video and photo shoots on site (in industrial and logistics environments)
* Develop storylines that show the value of our solutions in action
* Recording, editing and finalizing video and photo material for LinkedIn, presentations and our website
* Independent maintenance and further development of our WordPress website (content, layout, UX)
* Implementation and optimization of SEO strategies to increase organic reach
* Design and creation of marketing materials (flyers, one-pagers, case studies, presentations)
* Ensure consistent tone, style, and visual presence across all channels
* Visual support at events, trade fairs and internal presentations
Your profile:
* Sound knowledge of video production (shooting, editing, storytelling)
* You feel comfortable in industrial environments (factories, logistics centres, warehouses)
* Experience with WordPress or great willingness to learn it quickly
* Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
* Confident handling of Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) or comparable tools
* A flair for design, creativity and storytelling
* Proactive, self-organized and hands-on way of working
* Fluent in German and English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English and German markets.
* Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the tech, software or industrial sector
