Your contribution as Junior Coordinator System Architecture ARD Tech Unit (m/f/d): You will support an ARD working group on system architecture as part of the digital renewal process and contribute to the content and organizational coordination of the overarching architecture work. In doing so, you will help to prepare and further develop technological foundations and strategic decisions in the media environment.
Supporting the department head in organizing, managing, and running an ARD working group on system architecture
Structured preparation of technical and specialist topics (e.g., system landscapes, interfaces, integration concepts, architecture guidelines)
Collaborating on the creation and further development of architectural principles, target visions, and concept papers.
Documenting and tracking results, measures, and decisions.
Preparing and providing content support for presentations, workshops, and decision templates for the ARD Tech Unit.
Other support tasks in the area of architecture within the ARD Tech Unit and the MDR department management.
Your professional and personal profile: Can you identify with the values of MDR and are you interested in actively shaping our working environment? What you bring to the table:
Completed university/technical college degree with a technical focus (e.g., computer science, media technology, or engineering) and initial relevant experience in the IT or media environment, e.g., through internships or working student positions, or completed vocational training and relevant professional experience in the IT or media environment.
Good understanding of modern IT structures, IT technologies, and architectural principles, as well as the ability to confidently classify technical contexts
Ideally, you will also have the following qualifications and characteristics:
Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Interest in architecture certifications (e.g., iSAQB, focus on domain-driven design)
Strong communication and moderation skills and enjoyment of working in cross-functional networks
Confident use of common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Miro, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
