Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Project-Engineering & Technology to lead our engineering initiatives in Berlin. This role involves overseeing the development of drone platforms, project organization, and team leadership within a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Development of existing and new hardware/software drone platforms considering regulatory requirements
* Project management for new systems and applications, ensuring quality standards
* Preparation of cost, time, and resource planning (timelines, risks, critical issues)
* Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Project Development Engineering & Technology team
Candidate Requirements
* Degree or vocational training in aerospace engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one of these fields
* Initial leadership experience (goal setting, communication, motivation, development)
* Self-reliant and solution-oriented working style
* Active team participation and close collaboration with other departments
* Flexibility and willingness to travel for projects
* Excellent German and English language skills
