The team is a small, agile team that works closely with a key service provider to handle the registration and ongoing international maintenance of BNPP AM UCITS and AIFs across Europe and Asia.

Your role will be to: Collect and coordinate registration requests from BNPP AM sales and distribution channels, keeping all stakeholders informed of each step in the registration workflow.
Participate in Product‑related calls (creation, merger, or liquidation) to ensure that the fund‑registration aspects are correctly addressed and integrated into the overall project plan.
Publish and maintain legal documentation (Prospectus, KID -key information documents, translations, etc.) on the company's public websites, guaranteeing that the information is accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible to investors.
Monitor and oversee the work of the Delegated functions, verifying that their outputs meet contractual and regulatory standards.
Maintain the group's registration database, ensuring continuous data quality, completeness, and alignment with the latest regulatory requirements. xniyctf
