What you can expect. Your responsibilities. You translate our global brand strategy into campaign frameworks and scalable initiatives across markets. You coordinate the development and rollout of global campaigns across TV, digital, social, in-store and experiential channels. You manage global campaign assets and support localization together with regional marketing teams. You ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across markets while enabling local adaptations. You collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure strong brand alignment. You support regional teams in implementing global campaigns and share best practices across markets. You monitor brand health, campaign performance and competitive activity to derive actionable insights. You continuously improve brand marketing processes, frameworks and cross-market collaboration. Why we’re excited about you. Your profile. You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. You bring several years of experience in brand marketing, global marketing or communications. You have experience working on integrated campaigns across multiple markets and channels. You have strong project management skills and can coordinate multiple stakeholders and agencies. You are familiar with working in international or matrix organizations. You communicate fluently in English; German is a strong advantage. You have an analytical mindset and turn insights into concrete actions.
