🚀 Become our new DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
At KI Performance, we build and operate high-impact, AI-driven platforms used at scale. As a DevOps Engineer – Azure Performance & Scalability, you will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure that powers high-traffic systems serving millions of users.
This is a hands‑on role for engineers who can deliver from day one, work independently, and collaborate closely with engineering, data, and AI teams.
Your responsibilities
* Design, build, and operate robust, scalable Azure infrastructure for performance‑critical platforms
* Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (and ARM where required), with a strong focus on governance and maintainability
* Build, optimize, and operate CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable deployments across multiple environments
* Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems
* Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous performance improvements
* Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver immediate business value
* Create clear, pragmatic documentation for architectures and operational processes
Your profile
* Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in Azure‑based environments
* Strong hands‑on knowledge of Azure core services and cloud‑native architectures
* Solid experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
* Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
* Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed and high‑traffic systems
* Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
* Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or modern data platforms
* Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or AI‑enabled systems
* Experience operating platforms at enterprise or consumer scale
