You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
People
1. Managing, developing and coaching employees, including employee appraisals
2. Creating the daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the sales floor (zoning)
3. Recording and maintaining team absence reports.
4. Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
5. Implementation of floor management
6. Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
Commercial Performance
7. Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
8. Ensuring excellent customer service and alignment of the team with the customer
9. Carrying out the morning briefing and shift handovers
10. Ensure that we regularly surprise our customers,. by organizing beauty classes in different areas, animating the hub and creating weekend looks
11. Updating the visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
12. Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
13. Analyzing the key figures for the respective sales categories and deriving sales activities
Operations
14. Carrying out inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
15. Complete merchandise management, from receiving to proper storage, booking out, returns and tester management
16. Preparing for the opening and closing of the corner
17. Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
18. Deputizing for the Corner Manager in case of absence
19. Additional tasks related to the daily business

Experience & Technical Skills
35. At least 2-3 years' experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector
36. Initial management and team leadership experience and emphatic management style is required

39. Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor
40. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage
41. Good knowledge in English and native language of the country
