The Role
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying SDR role designed for ambitious talent ready to break into full-cycle sales. You'll support the DACH Mid-Market team but also own and close deals yourself - especially upsells in existing accounts and smaller new logo opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Engage with mid-sized customers across the DACH region
* Drive qualified pipeline into a €4.7M AE quota territory
* Take ownership of closing deals
* Partner closely with the Account Executives to deliver tailored outreach and deal strategy
* Use tools, enablement, and structured training to elevate your enterprise sales game
What Success Looks Like: Driving pipeline velocity, independently closing smaller deals, and earning a fast track to a full AE role while playing a critical role in DACH expansion.
What You’ll Bring:
* Native-level German and fluent English
* Experience in a Sales/SDR/BDR/Inside Sales role within B2B tech / SaaS
* Track record of meeting or exceeding quota, or exposure to some level of closing
* A growth mindset, grit, and the hunger to advance in a high-performance sales environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills suited for remote, fast-paced teams
