In der Fulfillment-Abteilung drucken, verpacken und versenden wir die Tickets für unsere Kunden.
THE JOB
Dein Job ist es dazu beizutragen, dass Event-Tickets schnellstmöglich und korrekt verpackt an unsere Logistikdienstleister übergeben werden und sich unsere Kunden über eine zuverlässige Lieferung ihrer Eintrittskarten freuen können.
Aufgaben
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Du konfektionierst und verpackst alle zu versendenden Tickets
* Du priorisierst deine Arbeit selbstständig nach den jeweiligen Vorgaben deines Team Leads
* Du frankierst unsere Postsendungen
* Du überprüfst die Sendungen auf Vollständigkeit und mögliche Adressfehler
* Du sorgst für die reibungslose Übergabe aller Sendungen an unsere Logistikpartner
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten
* Die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
* Gute Arbeitsmoral
* Zeitliche Flexibilität
