What You Can Expect From Us

* Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack.
* Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications on both the front‑end and back‑end.
* Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
* Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform.
* Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
* Take end‑to‑end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, while maintaining high technical standards.
* Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business goals.
What We Would Expect From You
* Strong experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript development.
* Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server‑side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB as a preferred database solution.
* Hands‑on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management.
* Proficiency in working within a monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab for collaborative development.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team culture.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings, fostering open communication and innovation.
* A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high‑quality results.
