SALES MANAGER - GERMAN MARKET
✓ Do you have solid experience as a field sales professional within an industrial or technical environment?
✓ Are you a native German speaker (or equivalent) who genuinely enjoys building long-term, close relationships with clients?
✓ A well-established Luxembourg-based industrial company with around 40 employees, located close to the German border and recognised for its high-quality, safety-critical technical solutions. Operating internationally through a strong network of commercial partners, the company has built its reputation on premium product quality, high safety standards and a genuine commitment to innovation and sustainable development. Manage and grow a network of existing distributors and commercial partners within the German market, with a strong focus on Southern Germany.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with technical and internal sales teams to successfully deliver projects
Proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years), ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
- Native or near-native German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of English for working in an international context; French is an advantage.
- Proficient with digital tools (CRM, reporting, office suite) to effectively track sales activity.
