Our client, a global leader in construction offering sustainable building materials in Luxembourg, is looking for a Procurement Digital Solutions Officer who speaks English fluently. This is a temporary contract to cover paternity leave.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and governance of digital procurement solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and user needs
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into actionable insights
Support the connection between Procurement data, Modern Data Platform (MDP / Databricks) and reporting solutions
Contribute to data structuring, validation and quality improvement to ensure reliable and consistent reporting
Support the development of low-code, AI solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve efficiency and automate manual activities
Assist in managing and maintaining Procurement digital platforms (SharePoint, internal website) and content
Contribute to the creation of training materials, user guides and best practices for Procurement tools and processes
Support user adoption and onboarding, including communication, feedback collection and continuous improvement
Provide first-level support for Procurement digital tools and coordinate improvements with IT and Analytics teams
Stay up to date with digital, data and automation trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field Experience or strong interest in data analytics, digital tools and reporting Proficiency in Power BI (or similar) with the ability to create clear and impactful dashboards Good understanding of data structures, data quality and analytical thinking
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar low-code tools is a plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to translate business requirements into solutions and actionable insights Structured, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
Interest or exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain or business processes is an advantage
