Technische Abnahmen (Hands-on): Sie führen Produktabnahmen und Dimensionsprüfungen im internationalen Umfeld durch. Ihr besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf komplexen Stahlbauteilen und dem hochwertigen Korrosionsschutz. Erstmuster & Risikoanalyse: Sie verantworten die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen (FSA, PPAP) sowie Sonderprüfungen, inklusive der Erstellung detaillierter Risikoanalysen (FMEA). Lieferantenentwicklung: Vor Ort führen Sie Entwicklungsgespräche, definieren Optimierungspotenziale und begleiten unsere Partner aktiv bei der Steigerung ihrer Qualitätsperformance (8D). Abweichungsmanagement: Sie melden Fehler in unseren Systemen, überwachen Reparaturarbeiten sowie Wiederholprüfungen und erteilen nach erfolgreicher Klärung mit dem Werk die finalen Lieferfreigaben. Netzwerk-Koordination: Sie steuern externe Abnehmerfirmen und Inspektoren, führen Schulungen durch und entwickeln diese Partner gemäß den hohen Standards von GE Vernova weiter. Ihr Profil – Technisches Know-how trifft Durchsetzungsstärke Qualifikation: Sie haben eine anerkannte 3-jährige Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über eine darauf aufbauschende Weiterbildung zum Staatlich geprüften Techniker (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar). Zertifizierungen: Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Längenprüftechnik sowie Zertifizierungen in der Schweißnahtprüfung (NDT, z. B. VT2) und im Stahlbautechnischem Korrosionsschutz (z. B. Frosio). Auditor-Expertise: Sie sind qualifizierter Lieferantenauditor und sicher in der Anwendung moderner Qualitätsmethoden. You will document findings and ensure the consistent implementation and tracking of resulting action plans. Technical Inspections (Hands-on): Perform product inspections and dimensional checks in an international environment, with a specialized focus on complex steel components and high-end corrosion protection. First Sample Assessment (FSA, PPAP) & Risk Analysis (FMEA): Take full responsibility for the preparation and execution of First Sample Assessments (FSA) and special inspections, including the creation of detailed risk analyses and documentation. Supplier Development: Lead on-site development meetings to identify optimization potential and actively support our partners in increasing their quality performance. Non-Conformance Management: Report deviations in the internal systems, monitor repair work and re-tests at the supplier’s site, clarify technical uncertainties with the plant, and issue final delivery releases (8D). Network Coordination: Manage and coordinate third-party inspection companies and external inspectors. You will be responsible for their further development and training based on GE Vernova’s high standards. Process Optimization: Actively participate in requirements management and continuously drive the advancement of our internal inspection and approval processes. Your Profile – Technical Expertise Meets Global Mindset Education: Successfully completed a recognized 3-year vocational training program, followed by a 2-year further education to become a State-certified Technician (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent). Certifications: You possess profound knowledge in dimensional metrology (length measurement) and hold valid certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT, e.g., VT2) and Corrosion Protection for Stee l Structures (e.g., Frosio). Audit Expertise: You are a qualified Supplier Auditor and are well-versed in the application of modern quality tools and methodologies. Experience: Ideally, you bring several years of experience in the inspection of large-scale steel components and in strategic supplier development. Languages: You are a strong communicator in German and English. Proficiency in Turkish is a mandatory requirement for this role to manage our regional supplier base effectively.
