The company is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager with strong ABM and content activation experience to join their Berlin-based team. This role is ideal for a marketer who knows how to turn content into conversations, leads, and pipeline.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must be a native German speaker with excellent English skills, able to navigate local market nuances while collaborating with global teams.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing Germany to identify and target high-value developer and architect accounts, structure campaigns, and drive measurable growth. You will also collaborate with the global marketing team to localize messaging, assets, and campaigns — ensuring maximum relevance and impact in the DACH region.
Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-potential developer and architect accounts
email/CRM, LinkedIn, paid ads, website, SEO) with a clear focus on pipeline generation and ROI
Localize and adapt content from the global team — including articles, videos, case studies, and social media posts — to suit regional audiences
Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with account strategies and outreach cycles
Support the German market launch in July 2025, coordinating efforts across PR, Sales, and global teams
Contribute to local event marketing, industry association outreach (e.g., 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in growth, ABM, or performance marketing roles
~ Proven ability to operate in sales-driven environments with a deep understanding of marketing funnels
~ Native-level German and excellent English — both written and spoken
~ Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
~ Bonus: experience in construction, architecture, proptech, or real estate development
~ Data-informed, proactive, and comfortable testing, learning, and optimizing
~ A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, startup environments
