Learning and Development Expert
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Learning and Development Specialist.
You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing onboarding sessions and training programs across the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing training logistics, budgets, and relationships with external providers.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions and training programs for employees.
* Manage training resources, including vendors and suppliers.
* Track employee development plans and maintain accurate training records.
* Support the implementation of performance evaluation cycles.
* Recruit students, apprentices, and junior profiles, including job postings, interviews, and partnerships with educational institutions.
* Provide HR support to employees and managers on L&D-related matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Possess additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management.
* Strong understanding of labor laws, especially in areas related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development.
* Experience in Learning & Development and recruitment.
* Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first approach.
* Proficiency in HR systems is a plus.
* Native English speaker or fluency in English; French or German is a strong asset.
