About the Role:
This is a newly created leadership role within a global media technology organisation undergoing a strategic transformation of its Professional Services function. The Director of Professional Services will redefine services as a scalable, billable, and revenue-generating organisation, taking full ownership of delivery, commercial performance, and customer outcomes. The role leads an international team and works closely with senior stakeholders to align services with broader business strategy.
