We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to support our global Sales team. First point of contact for Sales for support and training on configurator
Driving/supporting definition/price/quotes for nonstandard configurations
Test new configurator releases in case of changes, new products set up, etc → Support for Sales after release of new products in configurator
Contact/support for account managers for quote requests, technical clarification of configuration
Help prepare for customer projects, orders, and negotiations
Support installed base tracking and demo/asset management
Join customer visits together with Sales when needed and support them
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
Fluent in English spoken and written. German is a plus
Experience in the semiconductor industry is valued; Benefits
