Responsibilities: We diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange. We troubleshoot and support network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks. We install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices. We manage assigned tickets end-to-end, ensuring SLA and GDPR compliance and accurate documentation in Freshservice/Freshdesk. We provide bilingual German and English user support via phone, Teams, email, and remote sessions, translating technical issues into clear guidance. We support continuous improvement by creating knowledge base articles, participating in cross-functional projects, and identifying recurring issues for process optimization.
