Ihre Aufgaben:
* Coordinating and executing end-to-end testing processes to ensure system readiness and stakeholder engagement
* Managing cutover and migration activities to facilitate a smooth transition from project phase to operational phase including organizing the training activities
* Organizing and overseeing go-live events to ensure successful project deployment
* Providing hypercare support post-go-live to address any issues and ensure system stability
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Documenting processes, procedures, and lessons learned to improve future project implementations
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Knowledge of energy trading processes and tools, specifically Allegro Horizon, is a big plus
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven experience in project management or PMO support roles
* Deep understanding and proven experience in end-to-end testing, cutover management, go-live processes, and hypercare
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Willingness to travel to the UK and the Netherlands every couple of weeks and Germany regularly (every other week to start)
