* Support organizational design and structure to optimize talent and drive business success.
* Enhance productivity by driving ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and implementing disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary.
* Facilitate clear performance objectives and oversee their timely evaluation.
* Identify structural barriers to achieving strategic initiatives and address them accordingly.
* Revise organizational designs and resource allocation to support business goals effectively.
* Create a change-ready culture using data to predict and plan.
* Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans for succession planning and readiness for critical roles.
* Foster employee engagement by promoting a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
* Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
