Your tasks
9. Technical management of team members in the area of corporate controlling
10. Responsibility for the preparation and validation of strategic and operational corporate planning, including coordination and implementation across all departments
11. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and validation of monthly forecasts; target/actual comparisons and derivation of recommendations for action
12. Sparring partner for the management, support in the preparation of corporate decisions
13. Further development of controlling instruments, methods and systems (e.g. SAP, BI tools)
14. Close cooperation with other company and group departments such as accounting, finance, sales and production, purchasing, project management
Your profile
15. Completed studies, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance
16. Several years of professional experience in controlling
17. Several years of experience in the technical management of teams or in the context of larger projects
18. Strong analytical thinking skills, the ability to analyze and structure complex interrelationships
19. Assertive and communicative personality
20. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
