Your tasks:
Manage the complex agenda and requests for the HO A320 Family Development ProgrammeAnticipate agenda needs and manage meetings with yearly calendar planningFacilitate and coordinate to avoid conflicts of agendaAbility to handle regular ad hoc last minute requestsSupport the managers and some team members in dealing with their travels, i.e. booking and modification of travel plans, Visa requests, expenses claimOrganization of meetings and events by working with key stakeholders, participants etc.Contribute to the daily life of the department: handle logistic matters, launch orders in click'n buy tool and handle specific requests linked to department's lifeConnect with different sites and assistants in Toulouse, UK and other countries to solve practical issuesYour profile:
Completed vocational training as an office communication clerk or a comparable qualificationMore than three years of professional experience in the field of Secretariat/AssistantMore than one year of professional experience in the field of Public RelationsGood knowledge of SAP und Click´n Buy (BySide)Knowledge of Google WorkspaceFluent in German and EnglishFrench is an advantageWe offer you:
