Job Description The Study Assistance Research Consultant for Public Health and Epidemiology is responsible for the set-up, maintenance and coordination of different administrative processes to support the different units and study teams according to GEP and internal requirements supervised by a (Senior) Project Manager/ Team Leader. They act as contact person for routine study related issues for the internal study team(s), as well as for external stakeholders and clients. Career Level - IC2 Responsibilities As a Study Assistance Research Consultant you will: Support preparation of client presentation X-invoice process for our public clients Supplier systems Create and maintain purchases in the internal systems (purchase orders) and tracking of the POs Screening applications for external field stuff Hotel and travel bookings for study specific trainings Event management (technology, acceptances and cancellations, disseminating information) and Catering planning Creating team presentation slides, Support within the public tendering process Support in the LCS 12 study including Data management activities (e.g. processing of error lists and verification) Contract and procurement management activities and support of logistic planning and conduction Participation at project and client meetings Minimum requirements and qualifications: Bachelor Professional degree in Nutritional sciences, Social Sciences, or Public Health/ Epidemiology or equivalent education. Minimum of 2-3 years relevant practical experience in Public Health and Epidemiology Experience in the field of public clients or non profit organizations Ability to self organize and to multi task, systematic performance of activities in a timely and accurate manner, also in the case of work peaks Client management skills Understanding of the healthcare sector Excellent organizational and communication skills Careful, precise work Team player Very good knowledge of MS Office Read, write and speak fluently German; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good English skills.
