Business Central Consultant and Project Lead
Overview:
A growing Microsoft partner in central Germany is looking for a Business Central Consultant who can lead small to mid sized projects, support sales and help build internal expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver multiple Business Central projects in logistics and production environments
* Act as the key contact for clients on smaller projects, from scoping to go live
* Coordinate internal and external resources, including freelancers, to ensure successful delivery
* Support presales and account management with input on scope, effort and feasibility
* Capture and transfer knowledge internally to reduce reliance on external freelancers
* Work closely with leadership to improve delivery processes and project quality
1. Requirements:
* Solid experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant
* Comfortable managing several smaller projects in parallel rather than one huge rollout
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
* Structured working style with enough flexibility to handle a dynamic, agile environment
* Fluent German and good English
* Willingness to travel within Germany when required
