Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization:
The purpose of this position is to provide temporary, administrative support to the Key Account Sales Team INTERSPORT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all incidental and relevant administrative tasks under direction
* Organize, distribute and archive information and correspondence
* Coordinate and organize meetings
* Acting as an internal point of contact for departmental matters
* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other documents
* Translating documents
* Supporting the creation and/or compilation of presentations
* Maintaining and updating the team sharepoint (if applicable)

Required education and experience / minimum requirement:
* University student in the field of Business, Management, Economics, Sports or Marketing
* Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period)
* Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
