Recruiting business partner (d/m/w)

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join Tintschl in an exciting project with Airbus Secure Land Communications.


This position is offered on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026


🔧 Your Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce demand analysis through offer preparation and handover to the HR Business Partner
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment and selection process
* Conduct intake meetings with business stakeholders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies
* Create, review, and optimize job advertisements in close collaboration with the hiring departments
* Select the most effective recruiting channels and publish vacancies on relevant job boards and platforms
* Screen applications, evaluate candidate suitability, and discuss shortlists with hiring managers while ensuring recruitment KPI targets are met
* Conduct active sourcing activities through LinkedIn, XING, and other professional networks
* Perform candidate pre-screening interviews via phone and conduct video and face-to-face interviews
* Build, maintain, and develop talent pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring needs
* Plan and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s attractiveness as an employer
* Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


🎯 Your Profile

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in one of the following areas: Psychology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or in Human Resources
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and active sourcing
* Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment or within specialized sectors such as IT, Engineering, or similar industries
* Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
* Fluent German (business/professional proficiency required)
* Fluent English (business/professional proficiency requireed)
* Experience with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or similar tools
* Strong affinity for active sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, and other professional networks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
