Project Portfolio Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Management Professional to join our team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the project portfolio to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, accuracy, completeness, and prioritization.
* Manage the project portfolio to ensure strategic direction and accurate resource allocation;
* Liaise with all teams and departments to capture items for inclusion in the project portfolio;
* Collect feedback from teams to adapt and improve processes & tools;
* Maintain and ensure application of project portfolio and project management governance;
* Communicate, train, and coach internal teams on defined governance, processes & tools;
* Provide reporting to management on various components of the project portfolio;
* Support resource allocation by providing staff capacity reporting to team supervisors/managers;
* Prepare and facilitate Portfolio Review Committee & Capacity Planning Committee meetings;
* Facilitate project portfolio escalation and decision processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in PM, Change Management, or Business Transformation.
* Solid knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks.
* Strong analytical skills for prioritization, reporting, and resource allocation.
* Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
* Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
