Responsibilities: - Identify and engage BD multipliers (Amazon agencies, GBS agencies, logistics and eCom software providers, performance marketing agencies, selected associations,. - Pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to TikTok Shop—without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TSPs. - Design scalable partner motions (. referral or incentive concepts) - Generate and qualify warm seller leads and hand them over to AMs for onboarding and account ownership. - Keep focus quarterly based on category or assortment gaps (. Fashion), aligned with Cat Leads and BP&O.
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years experience in e-commerce operations or e-commerce strategy; - Analytical, data driven, structured thinking and goal oriented; - Ability to articulate thesis and strategies independently; - Proficiency in English is required to communicate with stakeholder. Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of content-based e-commerce is a plus; - Entrepreneurial and collaborative. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of cross-functional teams. - Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
