What You'll Do :
* Support corporate governance and company secretarial functions across group entities.
* Coordinate Board and shareholder meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and draft minutes.
* Maintain statutory registers, filing, and documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
* Assist in governance policies, process improvements, and internal reporting.
* Support cross-border transactions, including investments, divestments, and restructurings.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators.
Profile :
* 10+ years of relevant experience in governance, legal, or compliance functions, ideally within the fund or infrastructure investment sector.
* Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory frameworks.
* Experienced in managing Board and shareholder processes.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Fluent in English; French, German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
* Able to thrive in a complex, international, and multicultural environment.
