🛑 Note: This position is open only to candidates residing in Germany with fluent German language skills (C1/C2 preferred).
🖥️ Role Overview
As the key technical point of contact onsite, you will ensure business continuity by delivering hands-on IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing infrastructure for enterprise users.
📍 Location
Langelsheim, Germany – On-site position.
Occasional travel or extended support hours may apply.
🗣️ Language Requirements
Fluency in German (mandatory) and English – both written and verbal.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Deliver onsite support for hardware, software, and Windows OS issues.
* Perform break/fix services on desktops, laptops, and printers.
* Troubleshoot VPN, RDP, antivirus, and OS-level issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT peripherals.
* Provide Smart Hands support for networking equipment (switches, routers, racks).
* Collaborate with SCCM teams for patch management, imaging, and deployment.
* Participate in new deployments, imaging tasks, and resolution of incidents.
* Join outage calls and support escalated tickets and critical incidents.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records for asset and inventory tracking.
🧑💼 Ideal Candidate Profile
* 2–4 years of experience in IT Desktop/Infrastructure Support.
* Strong customer service mindset and structured problem-solving approach.
* Experience with hands-on troubleshooting, installations, and desktop deployment.
* Familiarity with SCCM, imaging tools, and enterprise IT support platforms.
* Ability to work independently and provide onsite user support.
* Availability for on-call duties as required.
