You'll manage customer and proactive projects end-to-end ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, performance, and documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams. You'll also support key accounts with technical expertise and product development, conduct stability testing, resolve complaints, and share best practices through workshops and presentations. Generate highly profitable new business & protect existing business Deliver projects on time and in line with B2C, regulatory, and customer requirements Coordinate & successfully execute product development and develop cost-effective beverage formulations Develop outstanding relations with key account customers Maintain full project transparency and documentation Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards Support strategic growth through high-quality, profitable beverage solutions Drive innovation and respond to customer project needs Sustain and expand existing business through technical excellence Degree in Food Science/Technology or Beverage Technology Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a B2B beverage ingredient company or B2C drinks manufacturer. Proven expertise in beverage application, compound and emulsion development. Strong project management and technical communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the international beverage market. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; strong presentation skills. Fluent in German and English; intercultural competence is essential.
