As a Trading Operations and Flexibility Specialist, you will be an integral part of growing our BESS and flexible asset portfolio.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration of flexible assets into our short-term trading portfolio.
* Manage the front-to-end business readiness in our system and process landscape through implementation projects.
* Act as business owner for our trading systems and define business requirements, especially for algorithmic trading, market access, deal capture, and scheduling.
* Design and coordinate short-term market access solutions and services with partners and set up and manage trading-related contracts.
* Take ownership for enhancing our operational and technical capabilities for short-term trading and implement new business logic, automate processes, and modernize systems.
* Ensure data quality for accurate P&L and performance monitoring and gain insights for the continuous improvement of algorithmic trading and optimization capabilities.
