Project Manager 
 KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract ( LOGCAP ). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. The Project Manager is directly responsible for all aspects of the effort at all sites and shall have the autonomy from the corporate headquarters to execute the effort unimpeded. Therefore, the Project Manager must be highly qualified and possess extensive general supervisory, maintenance management, supply management, transportation management, and quality management experience. Additionally, the PM must be highly familiar with, be able to implement, and manage an ISO quality management system program wide. 
 Be responsible for all phases of project planning, execution, and close out activities of a large-sized project. 
 Handle project setup and subcontracting strategy, contract changes, subcontractor relations, and all required reporting. 
 Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company and LOGCAP Program. 
 Be responsible for all LOGCAP services, operations, and equipment maintenance provided at the APS. 
 Provide clear directions to employees regarding compliance with company, customer, and local area of responsibility as well as standards of conduct. 
 Act to ensure the Program Management Office (PMO) has timely, accurate, and relevant information pertaining to project's activities. 
 Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. 
 Maintain awareness of all operational issues and analyze operational performance and performance indicators, affecting KBR's contractual performance supporting the APS mission. 
 Requires a Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree from an accredited College or University in Business Administration or Management is preferred. 
 Must have at least 15 years of management experience in United States Army logistics operations with relevant experience at the brigade level or higher. 
 Requires 15 years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience. 
 Advanced knowledge of military equipment maintenance programs to include equipment maintenance and component repair and return to operations is required. 
 S. financial management systems and in-depth knowledge of U.Army Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS), Global Combat Service and Support - Army (GCSS-Army) and U.Requires project management skills, including forward thinking, leadership, accountability, flexibility, focus under pressure and respect for diverse perspectives.
