Take responsibility for all aspects of administrative HR management
Serve as the go-to person for our employees on all HR-related topics
Manage and oversee the preparation and follow-up of payroll
Manage the onboarding process for new team members
Advise leaders and employees on HR measures
Prepare HR analyses and reports, independently identify trends, and initiate appropriate measures
Take part in and lead HR projects
Completed commercial training with additional HR qualification (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann, Personalbetriebswirt, or comparable)
Several years of professional experience in HR
Excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of SAP HCM and very good Microsoft Office skills
