* Execute operation plan as agreed with Category Development and Marketing team.
* Ensuring sales and distribution target achievement
* Leading distributor to follow yearly operation plan
* Being accountable for top customers under distributor in term of sales, in-store activation and customer satisfaction
* Assessing and ensuring distributor operation to comply with Nestlé policy
ARE YOU A FIT?
* Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Distributor Management
* Solid experience in direct accounts
* Possesses skills in MS Excel and Power Point presentation
* Have driving license and be able to travel to area assigned
