Your Mission – What you’ll do:
* Take full responsibility for the preparation and consolidation of the group and annual financial statements of the holding and management companies, including monthly and quarterly interim reports
* Lead the management of participations across the group
* Ensure company-wide governance, particularly compliance with accounting policies
* Review economic and financial matters, prepare statements and decision papers for senior management
* Drive continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes and their system integration
* Oversee and develop the consolidation software systems
* Enhance the group’s finance reporting to provide insightful and timely information
Your Profile – What we’re looking for:
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
* Confident and professional appearance, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, and a high degree of discretion
* Deep knowledge of accounting standards, especially HGB, and proven experience in group accounting of international corporate groups
* Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
