* Anticipate and evaluate strategic projects, independently liaise with OpUs and functions within and outside of TechOps to drive network strategy assessment and implementation forward
* Lead cross-functional and multi-site strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term manufacturing network strategies and business objectives
* Coordinate with Business Unit, Supply Chain, and Engineering leaders to ensure end-to-end integration of strategic programs and capital projects

* Foster regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and integration of constructive feedback.
* Oversee scenario planning, risk analysis, and capacity modeling to ensure network scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency
* Support the implementation of network strategy infrastructure, including long-range capacity planning, cost curve modeling, and risk mitigation frameworks
Your profile
* University's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with at least 8 years of experience in strategy, project or operations management in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven leadership in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant financial and operational impact.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including scenario planning, capacity modeling, and investment evaluation.
* Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes, business operations, industry dynamics, and emerging market trends.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a process-oriented and independent work style.
* Experience in management consulting or strategic roles is a plus.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professional collaboration and interface management.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
