Dispatch Agent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, befristet
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Tägliche Planung und Organisation der einzusetzenden Fahrzeuge aus der zugelassenen Frachtführerliste unter Beachtung der Produkt- und Sendungsanforderungen
* Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Regelungen, Abläufe und rechtlichen Anforderungen
* Mitarbeit bei der Überprüfung und Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation bei Inkasso Sendungen
* Mitarbeit bei der Disposition des Fuhrparks
* Vollständiges Briefing und Debriefing der Nahverkehrsfahrer und Übergabe/Übernahme der entsprechenden Sendungsdokumentation
Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Transport & Logistik
* Englischkenntnisse
* Fundierte Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe
* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten / Schichtdienst
* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
