YOU ACT
As Technological Commissioning Manager you are responsible for the commissioning of laser welding machines in the workshop and at construction sites (worldwide). This includes:
1. On-site service assignments for maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of equipment at customer facilities.
2. Analysis of operational data considering the interaction of mechanics, automation and process.
3. Optimization of process parameters as well as execution and documentation of acceptance tests.
4. Active contribution to the continuous development and improvement of technology and plant engineering.
5. Reporting of key operational results back to the company.
6. Providing training to our customers.
YOU KNOW
You hold a completed degree in engineering or a completed technical/vocational apprenticeship with appropriate further qualification. Additionally important:
7. Experience in commissioning laser welding machines / machine tools; experience in laser welding technology is an advantage.
8. Mechatronic knowledge and experience.
9. Knowledge of PLC programming (TIA Portal preferrably).
10. Knowledge of servo‑hydraulic systems.
11. Electrical qualification certificate (can be obtained afterwards if required).
12. Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
13. Independent and goal‑oriented working style.
14. Teamwork skills, openness, and high resilience under pressure.
15. Willingness to undertake extended business trips.
