Your Responsibilities
* Develop and manage certification strategies, including test concepts and compliance documentation, to ensure products meet applicable legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
* Act as a subject matter expert on certification topics related to design approval, structural and functional testing, and aircraft integration.
* Coordinate certification activities within an international project environment, monitoring milestones, risks, and deliverables.
* Identify and communicate potential certification risks, scope changes, and timeline impacts to project stakeholders and management.
* Analyse technical challenges and develop practical solutions, supported by detailed reports and assessments.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, aviation authorities, and external testing facilities to maintain certification progress.
* Represent the organisation in customer discussions and industry meetings when required.
* Contribute proactively to the certification team and support cross-functional initiatives.
Your Profile
* Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering) or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Several years of experience in aviation product certification and working with aircraft manufacturers or comparable stakeholders.
* Proven track record of managing certification activities within complex projects.
* Strong understanding of European and U.S. aviation regulations and certification processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working within interdisciplinary and international teams.
* Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style.
* Motivated to grow professionally and contribute innovative ideas.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
