Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in transformation projects.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing human capital/human resources teams or having led HR transformation projects.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
4. Able to manage diverse teams and foster an inclusive work environment.
5. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to apply project management methodologies and tools.
